			<description>We appreciate your feedback. To our knowledge, the Codex Alimentarius is the only organization to have established a threshold for gluten consumption. Our products have been consumed safely by Europeans for 30 years. The United States Food and Drug Administration has taken under consideration to adopt these same standards in the United States.  - JennyBosking</description>

			<description>Sorry... Codex Alimentarius is not about food safety. It's about control. Seals of Codex compliance is a fraud. I recommend avoiding these overly processed items altogether and stick to other wholesome grains/seeds that are truly gluten-free.. - a guest</description>
