			<description>It's the closest thing I've found to &quot;real&quot; white bread that is gluten-free. I think it tastes great and it is really easy to make. I do think it performs best when made with milk, but it can also be made with water for those following lactose-free diets as well.  - JennyBosking</description>

			<description>I never thought I would be able to enjoy a slice of toasted bread again.  Wrong!  The white and whole meal breads toast wonderfully.  And the best part, the butter soaks into the toast, it doesn't run off onto the plate.  Theresa - a guest</description>
