Pizza Crust made with Toro White Bread Mix
What You'll Need
1 package Toro Celiac-Safe White Bread Mix
1¼ cup lukewarm water
½ tsp salt
1 packet "Active Dry" yeast (7 grams)
2 tbsp oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Mix dry ingredients and add lukewarm water. Knead to make a dough.
- Roll out dough and leave to rise in a warm place for approximately 20 minutes.
- Top as desired with cheese and other pizza toppings.
- Bake on bottom shelf of the oven at 450F for approximately 15 minutes.
