Lemon Poppy Seed Bread ½ T butter or margarine 2 eggs 1 1/3 cup sugar 2 tsp vanilla ¾ cup oil ¾ cup milk 2 tsp lemon extract 1 ½ cup Toro Sponge Cake Flour ¾ tsp salt ¾ tsp baking powder 2 T poppy seeds Mix ingredients in order of their listing. Grease and flour bread pans using 1 tsp of Toro Sponge Cake Flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-50 minutes depending on size of pan or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Makes 3 mini loaves or 2 medium loaves.
